Using the 5-STAR method of evaluating the workforce, this methodology compares current individuals to the profit they generate and/or the consequences if their job tasks were omitted. Using your current workforce as a benchmark, you can then decide on what requirements you need and how to increase the probability of selecting the right person the first time.
